Offers support to eligible patients with commercial insurance who have been prescribed a Takeda Hematology product.

Takeda's CoPay assistance program may cover 100% of eligible out-of-pocket expenses related to a patient’s Takeda Hematology treatment for which there is a co-pay, such as deductibles and coinsurances, up to the program maximum.

Hematology Support Center

The Hematology Support Center is a dedicated team for eligible patients who have been prescribed Takeda hematology products. HSC currently assists patients affected by bleeding disorders in gaining access to their prescribed Takeda medication as well as providing educational resources and information on financial assistance options.
